Public Hearing
NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Commission at or after the hour of 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 12th, 2010 in the Madison County Commissioner Room, 159 East Main, Rexburg Idaho 83440, regarding proposed Zone change for the Phyllis Williams Family Trust from Agriculture to Transitional Agriculture Two zoning located at approximately 1152 East Butte Road:
Beginning at a point which is N.00°04’00”W. 696.51 feet from the S ¼ corner of Section 2, T05N, R38E, B.M., Madison County, Idaho and running thence N.89°26’29”E. 533.70 feet; thence
N05°35’57”W 1315.37 feet; thence S89°26’25”W 406.88 feet; thence S00°04’00”E 1310.31 feet to the point of beginning.
It is proposed to change the change the zoning from Agriculture to Transitional Agriculture Two.
At such hearings the County Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed Zone Change.
Written comment will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than July 2nd, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at the Madison County Clerk office, 134 E. Main, P.O. Box 389, Rexburg, Idaho, 83440
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
