NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR A VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 8th, 2010 at or after the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Madison County Commission Room, 159 East Main, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, regarding the request to consider a Variance for Lloyd Bradshaw, for the purpose of selling non-farming land for a building lot on a 5 acre parcel of ground in Agriculture zoning to be located at approximately 6750 W. 5000 N.:
Beginning at a point that is South 89°52’20” East 1329.70 feet along the section line and North 0°16’00” East 302.90 feet along an existing fence line from the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, said point being a fence intersection; thence along a fence-enclosed parcel of land the following five courses : From said point of beginning North 01°16’00” East 2285.90 feet; thence North 89°43’53” East 896.65 feet; thence South 01°15’24” West 1504.30 feet; thence North 61°35’26” West 95.30 feet; thence South 43°33’04” West 1147.25 feet to a fence intersection and point of beginning.
It is proposed that the above parcel be granted a Variance as defined in the Madison County Ordinance No. 176.
At such hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed issuance of a Variance. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
Written comment will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than July 2, 2010 at 5 p.m. at the Madison County Planning and Zoning Office, Suite 208 , 134 E. Main, P. O. Box 389, Rexburg, Idaho 83440.The public is invited to attend, and public comment is encouraged.
This notice is pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
