NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: POTENTIAL MODIFICATIONS TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Board of County Commissioners at or after the hour of 9:45 a.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021, in the Madison County Commissioner Room, 159 East Main, Rexburg Idaho 83440, regarding the request to consider potential modifications to the Madison County Building Department Fee Schedule.
It is proposed that the Madison County Building fee schedule be modified to reflect the fees for Building permit review transactions include a $500 non-refundable deposit to be included in permit fees.
Madison County Building proposes the above described fee modifications to be approved. At such hearing, the Madison County Board of County Commissioners will hear all persons for, against, and neutral to such proposed fee schedule modifications.
Written comment is encouraged, and will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than Friday, December 3, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the Madison County Clerk’s Office, located at 134 East Main, Rexburg Idaho, 83440. The public is invited to attend, and public comment is encouraged.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of §§67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Code, Madison County Code, and all amendments thereof.
