3. Review past year operations and look forward to items that will need to be on the agenda for next meeting. 

4. Finance report (Boyd Hall)

1. Approve expenses since August 2021
2. Report the transfer and sale of lots since August 2021
3. Report on the financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on September 30, 2021
4. Employee pay for this year
