NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: Proposed Conditional Use Permit
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission at or after the hour of 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday March 24, 2021 in the Madison County Commissioner’s room, 159 East Main, Rexburg Idaho 83440, regarding proposed issuing of a Conditional Use Permit for an automobile repair shop located approximately at 2278 N 2000 W Rexburg Idaho, 83440 on approximately 3 acres. The applicant for this action is the abovementioned property owner Richard Hill. The property is more particularly described as follows:
The applicant proposes they be issued a conditional use permit for an automobile repair ship on this parcel, as defined in the Madison County Code book, Part II Unified Development Code, Chapter 101 General Administrative Provision, Article V, Conditional Use Permit, and section 117-21 land use table zoning. This parcel is currently zoned as Transitional Agriculture. Without the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit, an automobile repair shop is no permitted on this parcel.
At such hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections or recommendations relative to such proposed issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Chode, and all amendments thereof.
Written comment will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than Thursday March, 18, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at the Madison County Planning and Zoning Office, 134 E Main Suite 208, Rexburg ID, 83440.
