REGARDING THE REQUEST TO AMMEND THE PLAT OF STEINER SUBDIVISION INSTRUMENT NO. 150859
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission at or after the hour of 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday February 10, 2021 in the Madison County Commissioner Room, 159 East Main, Rexburg Idaho 83440, regarding the request to amend the plat of Steiner Subdivision Plat.
The Steiner Subdivision is located approximately NE4 of section 22; T6N; R39E; B.M.; Madison County, Idaho, and consists of approximately 13.24 acres. The Subdivision is more particularly described as follows:

The applicants, Steve and Sharon Oakey, are proposing that they receive approval to amend the abovementioned plat by dividing lot 10 which is approximately 1.3 acres to create an 11th lot. It is proposed that this one additional lot be added to the Steiner Subdivision with no change in its original acreage of 13.24 acres. This hearing will be an amendment to a prior plat pursuant Madison County Zoning Ordinance §117-20, and Idaho Code § 67-6509 et seq.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Board of Commissioners at or after the hour of 9:15 a.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021, at the Madison County Commissioners’ Room, located at the Madison County Courthouse, 159 East Main, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, regarding potentially modifing the number of members who serve on the Madison County Planning and Zoning and/or their length of service.
Currently, per Madison County Unified Development Code, Section 101-34, the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission consists of 12 members, who serve for a period of time between three and six years.
At such hearing, the Madison County Board of Commissioners will hear all persons for, against, and neutral to potentially modify the number of members who serve on the Madison County Planning and Zoning and/or their length of service.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of §§ 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
Written comment will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than Thursday, February 18, at 4:30 p.m., at the Madison County Planning and Zoning Office, 134 E. Main, Suite 208, Rexburg, Idaho 83440.
