The applicant for this action is the abovementioned property owner Richard Hill.  The property is more particularly described as follows:

The applicant proposes they be issued a conditional use permit for an automobile repair ship on this parcel, as defined in the Madison County Code book, Part II Unified Development Code, Chapter 101 General Administrative Provision, Article V, Conditional Use Permit, and section 117-21 land use table zoning.  This parcel is currently zoned as Transitional Agriculture.  Without the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit, an automobile repair shop is no permitted on this parcel.
