The applicants, Steve and Sharon Oakey, are proposing that they receive approval to amend the abovementioned plat by dividing lot 10 which is approximately 1.3 acres to create an 11th lot. It is proposed that this one additional lot be added to the Steiner Subdivision with no change in its original acreage of 13.24 acres. This hearing will be an amendment to a prior plat pursuant Madison County Zoning Ordinance §117-20, and Idaho Code § 67-6509 et seq.
