The applicant is proposing that the above parcels’ zone be changed from Transitional Agriculture to Residential Zone per the Madison County Unified Development Code, Part II, Chapter 117 et seq.
At such hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections or recommendations relative to such proposed Zone Change. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Chode, and all amendments thereof.
Written comment will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than Thursday March, 18, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at the Madison County Planning and Zoning Office, 134 E Main Suite 208, Rexburg ID, 83440.
