NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE REQUEST TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 366, TITLE 10 THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commissioners at or after the hour of 6: 30 p.m. on Thursday, October 8th, 2020 at the Madison County Commissioner Room, located at the Madison County Courthouse, 159 East Main, Rexburg, Idaho 83440, regarding the request to amend Ordinance No. 366 Unified Development Code.
At such hearing, the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons for, against, and neutral for the request to amend ordinance No. 366 Title 10 the Unified Development Code.
Written comment will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than Wednesday September 30, 2020 4:30p.m., in the Madison County Planning and Zoning Office, Room 208, located at 134 East Main, Rexburg, Idaho 83440.
