NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission at or after the hour of 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2020, in the Madison County Commissioner Room, 159 East Main, Rexburg Idaho 83440, regarding proposed zone changes from Light Industrial, Transitional Agriculture, and Agriculture zones to a Transitional Agriculture Zone on property owned by Gary Chapman, located approximately at 1346 E. 9th N., Rexburg, Idaho, 83440, consisting of approximately 14.9 acres.

The applicant is proposing that the above parcel’s zones be changed from Light Industrial, Transitional Agriculture, and Agriculture, to one Transitional Agriculture zone per the Madison County Unified Development Code, Part II, Chapter 117 et seq.

 

At such hearing the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons, comments and recommendations relative to such proposed zone changes as stated herein.

 

Written comments are strongly encouraged, as limited seating is available. Written correspondence will be accepted in regards to this proposal no later than Monday, September 7, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. at the Madison County Planning and Zoning Office, 134 East Main, Suite 208, Rexburg, Idaho 83440.
